From the camp in Zastan, the route continues in the first part with serpentines through a forest of several kilometers to an altitude of 1800 m.a.s.l. and with a relatively well visible and marked trail you reach the border stone. This is not far from the Buni Jezerces,  the mountain lakes where is your last point where you can replenish your water.

From the last lake, the trail continues to the right over the rocky path and the markings are visible.

When it reaches an altitude of 2300 m.a.s.l. on the saddle, the trail turns right and the terrain becomes visibly steeper, more demanding and riskier. From this point one must be highly cautious due to possible frequent landslides and until late summer the snow remains and therefore climbing is not recommended for those with unsuitable footwear and for anyone who has no experience in hiking on snowy steep slopes.  Special care should be taken when traversing. The peak is located at 2694 m.a.s.l. and it is the highest peak of the Prokletije Mountain range. After reaching the top, it is necessary to return 100 meters back to the ridge and continue the descent on the other side of the ridge, paying attention to numerous landslides and unstable rocks. The trail descends through a valley called Gropa e Bukura where shepherds with their herds sometimes live and continues towards the Peja pass, from where the descent continues zigzagging towards the Thethi Valley. After 2 hours of hiking, you reach the valley and walk to the centre of Theth by macadam road. It is also the eponymous national park where many guesthouses are located because this is one of the most visited mountain places in Albania.
