The lodge is located at Devečani plateau at 1763masl, above Devečanske stiijene rock formation on Vlašić Mountain. The lodge was built in 1935 and is run by Mountain Club „Vlašić“.

The lodge allows accommodation for 45 people in few dormitories. Two lounge rooms provide comfortable accommodation for guests. The building has energy power from the public distribution network, drinking water from a nearby pump station and its own reservoir.

Getting there

You can reach the lodge from Travnik over Ovcarevo and Galica via an asphalt road (18km) and gravel road (4 km). Over Turbe and Babanovac (sports center), the path is significanty longer (34 km + 4 km). During the winter, it is impossible to reach the lodge with a car due to snow. Since asphalt road Travnik – Turbe -Babanovac – Galica – Travnik is clean during the winter, you can reach the Galica crossroad by car, and then take a walking shortcut, which is an hour long. To reach the lodge from Travnik, Paklarevo and Turbe, you can take many different mountain roads which are labeled and include a variety of mountain localities, including Galica, Devečani, Paljenik (highest peak of the mountain, 1943 m), Vlašičke Gromile (1919m), Kraljice, Plandova, Konjske, Bukovice.
