Hotel je izgrađen 1975. godine. Na otvaranju Muzeja ``Bitka za ranjenike na Neretvi`` 12.11.1978. godine, počasni gost hotela bio je Josip Broz Tito, predsjednik SFRJ i britanski princ Charles. Hotel od početka svoga poslovanja daje širi spektar sadržaja programa kako za djačke ekskurzije isto tako i za poslovni turizam. Nakon 2010. godine luksuzni hotel, u borbi sa teškim uslovima poslovanja, izgubio je dio svoga kvaliteta i tržišne pozicije. Procesom vlasničke transformacije 2017. godine hotel je dobio novog vlasnika. Uočene nove šanse i snage ali isto tako i želje da se bori sa postojecim ali i novim prijetnjama i slabostima pretočene su u ovaj plan. Izrađene marketing strategije imaju osnovi cilj da uz pomoć uloženih investicionih sredstava dovedu ovaj Hotel na sam vrh BiH turizma.
The hotel was built in 1975. On the opening of ``Museum of the Battle for the Wounded at Neretva `` 12.November 1978., the honorary guest was Josip Broz Tito, the president of SFR Yugoslavia. Since the beginning of its conducting business, the hotel provides the wide range of content programs as for student’s excursions so for business tourism. After 2010, the luxurious hotel, in a combat with harsh conditions in business, lost a part of its quality and position in the market. With a process of ownership transformation in 2017, the hotel got its new owner. With spotted new chances and strengths but also desires to tackle the existing and new threats and weaknesses too, they are transmitted into this plan. The developed marketing strategies have the basic goal to, with the help of invested funds, bring this hotel to the very top of BiH tourism.
