To reach Lake Kladopoljsko, you should set out from Kalinovik and go towards Ulog. Just before the descent towards Ulog there is a signpost that reads "Obalj" and a side road to Lake Kladopoljsko. The road is rather narrow, but the first part is asphalted, the second is gravel. There is also a small lay-by where you can park your car, and a necropolis of stećak tombstones nearby. The first few kilometres you walk on the road, then turn left by the old stables, in order to circle the lake. The promontory above the lake offers a beautiful view. On the way back you pass by the bog of Čengića bare and the stećak necropolis.
Located at an elevation of 1380 MASL, Lake Kladopoljsko (also known as Martinovo vrelo) is around 250 metres long and around 100 metres wide, with a maximum depth of around 9 metres. The name Kladopoljsko (logfield) derives from the logs lining the bottom of the lake. It is assumed that this part of Mt Zelengora used to be densely forested, and that a logging road used to go by the lake. Some of the logs stayed at the bottom of the lake, and to this day they look well preserved.
