Planina Bjelašnica, tj. biciklistička tura kroz Dugo polje prema Lukomiru  je vjerovatno jedna od najpoznatijih među brdskim biciklistima u BiH. Ova dionica počinje iz sela Umoljani, odakle makadamskim putem 20km nastavlja kroz Dugo polje. Nakon ove dionice, staza se odvaja na put prema Tarčinu odakle se pruža pogled na vrhove Prenja.

U Laništu staza skreće lijevo, gdje nastavlja prema vrhu Volujak, te se šumskim putem spušta do Ivan sedla, vozeći se iznad cestovnog tunela tačno po vododjelnici Jadranskog i Crnog mora. Na Ivan sedlu je prelaz na planinu Bitovnju, odkale se blagim usponom stiže na Martinov grob, vjerovatno najpoznatije mjesto na Bitovnji. Na vrhu, prostrani pašnjaci, borovnice i nezaboravan pogled prema Konjicu na jugu i Sarajevu na sjeveru.

Ispod Čadora niz Bukovu ravan, staza se spaja sa planinarskom stazom i ulazi u šumski pojas, odakle nastavlja sve do planinarskog doma Pogorelica, završne tačke ove rute.
