Mountain Lodge Rujište

Mountain lodge Rujište is located on a saddle between two mountains, Prenj and Velež, at 1050m altitude. The lodge is surrounded by dense forests, and in particular with munica, endemic pine tree, which give the highest quality oxygen in this part of Europe.

The lodge has 4 rooms (with heating) with total capacity of 40 beds, a large equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hot water, a living room, electricity and the WiFi. It is also possible to rent a room separately.

 We offer various types of home-made beverages and dishes from organic farming, vegetarian and vegan meals. Next to the lodge there is a playground, and nearby is a source of fresh drinking mountain water.

The lodge is also suitable for organizing social activities and different events (seminars, workshops, celebrations).

Since we are at the entrance to the mystical Prenj, there are many hiking routes that you can visit with our hiking guide and the authentic Bosnian mountain horses we use for luggage transportation.

Possibility of organizing multi-day hiking tours overnight at Prenj.
